Earlier this morning, the University of Ilorin erased some 100 level results from the school portal.
Many students were disappointed this semester and many complaints were submitted over the results that were released.
There’s a saying that there’s no rumour without truth.
The complaints got to the table of the vice chancellor of the University, and being a considerate leader, it seems that he has ordered the authorities in charge to do something about it.
There has been no official statement, but a voice message addressed to the students by the Chairman, Senate Council Academic Committee asking students to calm down as there would be no reduction in result marks.
Students are therefore advised to stay calm and wait for the results to be restored.
It must be stated however, that this behaviour is unethical of the University and some students are already grumbling.
