Admission Requirements for NOUN Postgraduate Programmes

NOUN’s postgraduate programs are designed for individuals seeking advanced knowledge and expertise in their chosen fields. The admission criteria for these programs reflect the university’s commitment to maintaining high academic standards.

  1. General Requirements To qualify for admission into any postgraduate program, candidates must meet the matriculation requirements, including a minimum of five credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics. Some programs may accept a pass in Mathematics.
  2. Postgraduate Diploma Programmes Candidates for Postgraduate Diploma Programs must hold a minimum of a pass Bachelor’s Degree or a Higher National Diploma with a minimum of Lower Credit. Exceptions are made for specific programs, such as the Postgraduate Diploma in Legislative Drafting, where candidates must have been called to the Bar.
  3. Master Degree Programmes For Master’s degree programs, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of second class lower in the relevant field. Exceptions are made for candidates with lower classifications and at least two years of relevant post-qualification experience, or those holding a Postgraduate Diploma in a related field.
