Coastal Polytechnic, located in Apapa, Lagos State, is a private institution committed to providing quality education and practical skills to its students. The polytechnic offers a variety of courses at both the National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) levels.

Courses Offered at Coastal Polytechnic:

  1. Business Administration and Management
  2. Computer Engineering
  3. Computer Science
  4. Marine Transport and Business Studies
  5. Science Laboratory Technology
  6. Electrical / Electronics Engineering Technology

Admission Requirements:

National Diploma (ND) Programs:

  • Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in not more than two sittings.

Higher National Diploma (HND) Programs:

  • A National Diploma (ND) in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of Lower Credit in the ND program.
  • Completion of one year post-ND industrial work experience (IT).

General Admission Requirements:

  • Completed application form obtained from the institution or online.
  • JAMB UTME result (for ND programs) with a minimum cutoff mark of 120.
  • Transcript of academic records.
  • Birth certificate or statutory declaration of age.
  • Certificate of Local Government/State of Origin.
  • Two passport-sized photographs.
