The Federal Government of Nigeria is still trying to turn a blind eye to ASUU’s nation wide strike, and they even claimed that they were not aware of any strike.

News from an unreliable source stated that FG is not willing to listen to the association or heed their demands.

ASUU has declared a one month warning strike after which, if FG does not provide their requirement, there’ll be total strike.
This puts the federal government in a tight place as there’s also the urgent problem of fuel scarcity.
Many students have risen in protest but they seem to blame ASUU instead of the federal government for the strike.
It’s a few days into the strike and some schools have commenced already.
News today says that lecturers were absent in class.
We hope the incident of two years ago does not happen again.
